If your question is about a booking

Please contact the airline you booked with, or the hotel or car company. We do not take bookings or payments, so we cannot see your reservation, and we cannot change, cancel or refund it. The airline can, and they can do it faster than we could pass a message along.

If you are not sure who to call, the confirmation email from your booking will name the company that holds it.

Reporting a problem with this site

If a fare looks wrong, a search fails, or a link goes somewhere unexpected, tell us and include a few details so we can reproduce it:

• The route and dates you searched, for example Sydney to Singapore, 3 to 12 March
• What you expected and what you saw instead
• The device and browser you were using, if it looks like a display issue

That is usually enough for us to find it.

Privacy

If you email us, we keep your message only for as long as it takes to deal with it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your address to anyone else. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
